I can spend hours upon hours in bed looking at pins. I can see all the different possibilities of shapes and designs for doing Pottery. I spent 2 hours on speaker with a friend in Vancouver passing pins back and forth just to see the different teapots and the glazes. I love earth tones and green

Japanese Tea Ware
Master Potter Richard Bresnahan
I love the aspect of having a simple form be more complex by just changing the handles position. Besides, I hate having to find the right angle of the spout for pouring. I am not fond of this spout, but the piece has a great shape.
Some Tea Bowls that are inspiring

I love this because it reminds me of Steven Hill. the Contrast of Matte and Gloss and the Earth Tones are beautiful. The shape is contrasting. squared top and round foot. The little swirl is organic and free flowing.
I love these Steve Hill inpired Teas Bowls. They are more complicated in the glazing but the crystals are pretty.

This Shino pot was in gas fired. It inspired to find a crackle glaze.
This is one of favorite Teas Bowls that is did. Crackle Slip and glazed. Getting a reduction look in a Oxidation kiln is tricky.
I want to find a balance between the "Wiggle Wire" cuts and a nice organic shaped Tea Bowl. I love this Matte glaze we developed.
